Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem. As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Email verminsupply2@gmail.com within 14 days after you receive your order. Mention your order number and which item(s) you want to return. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form, but a simple email is enough.
2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days after telling us, to: Natural Coders, Beemden 55, 3831 GL Leusden, the Netherlands.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the item(s) and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item(s) back. The cost of sending the item(s) back is for you.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size? Return the item as described above and place a new order.

 

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?

That's on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.
