Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed at verminsupply.com. Vermin Supply Co. is a trade name of Natural Coders, Beemden 55, 3831 GL Leusden, the Netherlands (KvK 27087873, VAT NL003548375B01). Contact: verminsupply2@gmail.com.

1. Orders. Your order is a binding offer. A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; any payment will then be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment. All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due at checkout.

 

3. Drops. Products are sold in limited-time drops. Each drop ends on the date shown in the shop. After that date the design is no longer available in its drop form.

 

4. Production and delivery. Items are printed to order by our production partner. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

 

5. Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for how to do this.

 

6. Defects. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights.

 

7. Designs. All designs, images and text on this site belong to Natural Coders and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

8. Privacy. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limit.

 

10. Applicable law. Dutch law applies. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence. Questions or complaints? Email verminsupply2@gmail.com and we'll reply within 5 business days.
